Chinese students welcomed to the parlour

His Worship the Mayor Councillor John Skinner JP has hosted a reception for students from Liuyang in Hunan Province.

The students, from Liuyang’s Number One High School, were in the Island as part of a long-standing exchange agreement with Ballakermeen High School.
