Tuesday, 12 June 2012 10:45At a meeting of the Council of the Borough of Douglas, held on Wednesday 2nd May, 2012, it was agreed unanimously that the selection of Mr. Councillor D.J. Ashford to serve as Mayor of the Borough for the year commencing 9th May 2012, as originally approved at a private meeting on Friday 30th March, be confirmed subject to election at the Annual Council meeting on 9th May.
