Manx Radio is to be the media partner for four of the capital’s largest community events this year, Douglas Borough Council has confirmed.

Manx Radio’s commercial media executive Emma Dickenson said: ‘We are so pleased to be working with Douglas Council as their media partner for their events this year. They have some great plans for the fun day, carnival, fireworks and Christmas lights ceremony and, as the Nation’s Station, we are proud to be associated with them all. Manx Radio is proud to support many events and organisations with our association programme every year and this media partnership complements our programme perfectly. We look forward to seeing you all at the events!’

The station shares with us a strong sense of pride in our town and is skilled at engaging with the public on all matters that affect the people of Douglas.
