Civic welcome for Mayor of County Monaghan

His Worship the Mayor, Councillor John Skinner JP, together with the Mayoress Mrs Gill Skinner, has welcomed the Mayor of County Monaghan, Ireland Councillor David Maxwell, to Douglas and the town hall.

 

Councillor Maxswell was in the island on a private family visit.
