Chris and Ruth Baker with Hadassah and Landon - Hands of Hope
Before Christmas the Mayor launched a challenge to find hand-painted 'nativity rocks' hidden at well-known locations around Douglas operated by Douglas Borough Council. Children were challenged to seek out the rocks - nine in all - and return them to Douglas Town Centre Management's office at 13 Church Street, where they were rewarded with a selection box and a donation of £50 to the Manx charity of their choice sponsored by the mayoral charity appeal fund.
Connor, Josh and Mair - Friends of St Mary's School
Nominations were for A Little Piece of Hope, Ellan Vannin Home, Friends of St Mary's School, Hands of Hope, Mannin Sepsis, Manx Diabetic Group, Rebecca House and South Douglas Old Friends.
