On Thursday October 17 the Mayor and Mayoress were pleased to welcome to the Town Hall representatives from Tower Insurance, sponsors of the 2019 Tower of Refuge escorted walk, who were joined by members of the Isle of Man Coastguard and Douglas lifeboat station.
Held on Saturday August 31 and organised by Douglas Town Centre Managementmore the walk attracted more than 2000 people and raised funds for the RNLI.
